Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving in a time of gratefulness for all that we have in our lives. It can also be a time of great stress. At this time on the planet the energies are very intense. I am sure that you have notice. See any of your old, thought I dealt with that issue, coming up right in front of your face lately? Well these issues are what we have lodged in our cellular memories. And this higher vibrational energy is shaking them loose. Thus causing us to see them and be intensely aware of them in any given moment. This does not mean that we have to act or rather react to what we are becoming aware of. It does mean that we have an opportunity to dissolve the conflict we are feeling. A good way to do this is to just find a quite spot and sit and allow your self to connect with the peace inside of you, located in your heart space. Settle there for a few moments and expend that peace in your heart out through your body and energy field. This will disperse the stagnant energy and bring you back to the present moment in a peaceful state.



We are all receiving many gifts at this time...some are not so comfortable. Anything that is not in alignment with the higher light vibration is being pushed to the surface to be transformed. That is actually what we are all here to do at this time. As it is transformed the divine within us is revealed to us more and more. According to the words of a Shiddah, Shri Muktananda, we are "regaining our original freedom". I know that it may seem difficult at times but it is worth the journey. We are actually looking inside the physical to see what is really going on. Which all in all makes life very interesting.



When you find the golden threads in every situation you will be able to connect with your inner joy. A smile can be felt across a room and change the atmosphere.
