Free Introduction to Dynamic Meditation

The Old Town Center for the Arts presents a day of Free classes on January 15, 2011.

Cher-yl will be offering an introduction to Dynamic Meditation from 11:00 to 11:40 am.

Please wear comfortable clothes. We will be learning techniques to quiet the body, clear the mind and center our energy. You will be guided through toning at each of the eight major chakras to facilitate clearing, balancing, intergrating and revitilizing your energy centers and energy fields. Come feel the difference in your energy.
